Year 7-9 students have been issued with their new Need to Know Books this week. These books are designed to support and underpin students’ learning in their subjects across the curriculum.

We expect:

• Students to carry their NTK book to school every day and take it to every lesson.
• Students to learn the essential knowledge in these books, for every subject, off by heart.
• Students to use their NTK books at home to revise and complete independent study.

Students use their NTK book to:

• complete home study and learn essential knowledge for every subject.
• test the essential knowledge using the revision techniques suggested.
